HealthCore Clinic is looking for an energetic & talented person to join our progressive, state of the art medical office.


The primary role of this position


You will serve as the first impression of our practice by interacting with our patients. You will be an active team member by provide exceptional customer service and become an intricate component of our progressive team environment.


Minimum Requirements


This position will be directly supervised by the office manager and will be responsible for the following:


+ Maintaining call center duties for the clinical practice


+ Scheduling appointments


+ Patient and insurance verification


+ Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office


+ Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office


+ Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls


+ Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)


+ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email


+ Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing


+ Additional duties as required
