Bus Driver for 16 passenger buses STEADY HOURS YEAR ROUND! Hiring immediately. Drivers have the responsibility for transporting adults with developmental disabilities safely to and from work and medical appointments. This is a fun and uplifting work environment and a family like atmosphere. Full-time M-F 6:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. plus 2:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. Immediately hiring! EOE
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Valid drivers license and good driving record
Valid CDL with a passenger endorsement (or ability to obtain CDL quickly)
DOT physical & drug/alcohol testing will be required if hired (paid by our company)
Previous driver experience
Good written and verbal communication skills and conflict resolution skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or of own body weight, whichever is less
Knowledge regarding the needs of individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities is beneficial - but not required
Beneficial experience- 16 passenger buses, Bus driver, Paratransit bus driving, Transporting adults with developmental disabilities, DOT bus driving, transporting to medical appointments, direct care, direct support, DSP, I/DD. Immediately hiring.
