Village Coachworks, a subsidiary to Village Travel, LLC. is currently hiring a motorcoach Build Tech. The Build Tech actively executes on several duties within the Village Coachworks division. This position duties include assisting with the tour bus build, minor body shop needs, and helps with building maintenance and upgrades. The objective is to build the interiors of tour buses for musicians and bands at an exceptional level.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Install and run electrical and communications lines within the motorcoaches\ Assemble and install cabinets and walls\ Assist with laying laminate on interion walls and cabinets\ Install appliances and operations systems within the motorcoach\ Plumbing, water heater, and water tanks installations\ Generator bay modifications and assist with generator install\ Assist with rooftop HVAC installation\ Troubleshoot operation systems as necessary\ Tile and flooring prep\ Install hardware for cabinets, hinges, drawer slides, etc.\ Maintenance within the Coachworks facility, grounds, and build equipment/instruments as needed\ Aid with minor bodywork needs\ Other duties as assigned\ Qualifications\ Required Qualifications:
Ability to use power tools and craftsman equipment\ Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical\ Works well in a team environment\ Excels at completing assigned tasks\ Ability to multi-task, adapt to change and think out of the box\ Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment\ Possess a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to take instructions\ Possess a skill set in analytical thinking and creative problem solving\ Demonstrate excellent communication skills\ Preferred Qualifications:
