Emprise Bank BSA Analyst in Wichita, Kansas

We are currently seeking a BSA Analyst join our Compliance team. This role is an integral part of Emprise Bank’s Compliance department by supporting the BSA capability and process administration. This role is eligible for remote work.

Essential functions of the role:

  • Investigate alerts from AML monitoring system and analyze activity as needed to determine if inquiries/investigations are warranted

  • Conduct research into accounts and document findings

  • Analyze new accounts and customer profile updates against OFAC lists and escalate potential matches to reviewer

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks against the Bank and assist in supporting BSA, AML, OFAC, and CIP

  • Inspect CTRs completed by branch personnel for accuracy and review daily currency reports to ensure CTRs have been completed for reportable transactions

  • Complete and file SARs ensuring proper documentation with related narrative

  • Maintain proficient knowledge of rules and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriotic Act, and OFAC

  • Assist with BSA, AML, OFAC, and CIP training presentations and exercises

  • Other duties assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job


  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 1+ years’ experience in the financial industry required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Prior BSA experience preferred

  • Knowledge of financial products and services preferred
