Job Objective

Responsible for set-up and operation of our tube bend machines as specified by written instructions, drawings and mylars. Inspects completed work for conformance to specifications.

Essential Job Functions

· Set up and operate bend machine

· Follow written instructions and drawings (setup cards and planning)

· Read blueprints and mylars

+ Check required dimensions using calipers, micrometers, height gages and other inspection devices.

+ Perform all work in accordance with established standards and safety procedures.

· Ensure proper documentation is entered on required paperwork.

· Recognize a variety of different materials.

· Assist other operators as needed.

+ Work under direct oversight while in the learning phase.

Work Environment

· Usual working days/hours: Monday thru Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm; Friday 6:00am – 3:30pm. Working hours are subject to change based company needs, may require working additional overtime on Fridays.

· Manufacturing shop environment


· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Good mechanical skills.

· Frequently lifts 70lbs

· Able to stand for long periods of time.

· Frequently bends, squats, extends arms, pushing and pulling
