Aerotek Avionics Technician in Wichita, Kansas
Description:
Business Aircraft Maintenance facility in Wichita, KS is currently looking for contract Avionics Technicians. All candidates will be working in a Service Center environment, performing modifications, troubleshooting, and repairs on corporate aircraft.
The Avionics Technician position is designated for the wide body program at the Tucson Business Aircraft Service Center. Troubleshoots repairs, inspects, modifies and services aircraft avionics, electrical and electronics equipment. Performs and documents all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.

Required Qualifications:
2-3 Years of Aircraft Avionics Experience
Avionics/Electronics Aircraft Tech School or equivalent
Ability to read and understand electrical engineering drawings
Basic set of hand tools
Additional Desired Qualifications:
FAA Airframe Certificate
FAA Powerplant Certificate
FCC License
GROL or AET Certification
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level 3+ years
