AYS Agent: Hours: F/T 1st & 2nd shift
Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays
Job Requirements:
Handles all incoming and outgoing calls for the hotel, handles all guest paging, messages, information, wake up calls, emergency calls, and maintains guest history. Coordinates responses for guests issues to correct department and follows issue to resolution. Can operate copier/fax machine. Ability to handle multiple telephone lines.
