Cornerstone onDemand Associate Director, Global Marketing Revenue Operations - Remote (United States) in Wichita, Kansas

Cornerstone, the global leader in cloud-based learning and talent management, is looking for a seasoned Marketing Operations leader to help grow and elevate our marketing operations team. This person will play a critical role in developing our global marketing operations function, bringing standardization to our processes, data, and technology stack.

You’ll be the cross-functional liaison between our Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to ensure data continuity across systems, flawless campaign execution, and the ability to tie marketing activities to revenue impact.

In this role, you will…

Be a strong, empathetic leader

  • Management of the global marketing operations team, teaching them how to build transparent, scalable, and repeatable marketing operations processes

  • Mentor the teams on how to build strong relationships with stakeholders and sales/IT ops counterparts

  • Define career paths, ensuring they all have goals that help push them to grow in their roles and beyond

Define, administer, and manage the full marketing technology stack lifecycle

  • Work with stakeholders to define requirements for a technology stack that supports the needs of the marketing strategy

  • In partnership with procurement, manage all marketing technology contracts

  • Build business cases for new technology and manage the vetting process for new tools

  • Manage the full rollout of new technologies to ensure we get a positive ROI out of the tools and deploy a clear sunset policy on technology we retire

  • Create data standards and documentation that governs the day-to-day management of our Marketo instance ensuring it meets the needs of all regions

  • Deploy best-in-class system management and processes that ensure good data hygiene and produces measurable marketing campaigns

  • Act as a consultant to the broader marketing organization, advising on sophisticated marketing automation builds, as well as all things marketing data and technology

  • Troubleshoot data issues, effectively communicating impact, resolution, and associated timelines

  • Roll out all process and technology changes to the broader teams ensuring adoption

Build campaigns and processes that fuel strong reporting

  • Work side-by-side with the Marketing Analyst to define reporting requirements

  • Serve as the data steward for marketing, ensuring reporting accuracy across all platforms

You’ve got what it takes if you have…

  • 7+ years of professional work experience

  • 5+ years of Marketo and Salesforce administration experience

  • In-depth knowledge of best practices around data management, lead lifecycle management, campaign design, lead scoring, lead routing, and marketing performance management

  • Deep understanding of Marketo’s ecosystem of tools and how they work in concert with Marketo and Salesforce capabilities

  • Passion for building teams that thrive on hard work, trust, and transparency

  • Grit and tenacity, with a strong “get it done” work ethic

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills

  • The ability to juggle multiple projects, working seamlessly between “big picture” work and day-to-day functions

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, pared with high emotional intelligence

  • Experience managing complex projects, consulting, and leading virtual teams in cross-functional settings

  • Creative problem-solving skills

An extra dose of awesome if you have….

  • Experience working in campaign strategy or demand gen roles

  • Experience supporting and deploying ABM strategies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Advertising preferred
