Position Title: Associate Credit

Location: Wichita, KS

Reports To: Supervisor, Revenue Accounting

The primary purpose of this position is to research customer penalties, determine their validity, and file disputes where appropriate.


  • Actively monitor customer portals and emails to identify, evaluate and dispute prenotification penalties.

  • Maintain dispute success rate metrics

  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred

  • 1 – 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections

  • Individual must be detail oriented, accurate, and possess excellent organizational skills

  • Accuracy is required and individual must be conscientious

  • Must be self-motivated and driven to work in a high-volume environment

  • Must have advanced skills in Excel, experience with SAP preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Able to handle confidential information

  • Possess mathematical and analytical skills

  • Positive, professional attitude and be willing to work in a team environment
