Position Title: Associate Credit
Location: Wichita, KS
Reports To: Supervisor, Revenue Accounting
The primary purpose of this position is to research customer penalties, determine their validity, and file disputes where appropriate.
Actively monitor customer portals and emails to identify, evaluate and dispute prenotification penalties.
Maintain dispute success rate metrics
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred
1 – 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections
Individual must be detail oriented, accurate, and possess excellent organizational skills
Accuracy is required and individual must be conscientious
Must be self-motivated and driven to work in a high-volume environment
Must have advanced skills in Excel, experience with SAP preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Able to handle confidential information
Possess mathematical and analytical skills
Positive, professional attitude and be willing to work in a team environment
