Oversees on-call services and serves as back up for on-call and Regional Managers. Trains, coaches and supervises assigned personnel. Prepares billing and overtime reports. Requires Bachelors degree in social services or business related field, or five years comparable work experience. Must have valid driver's license and good driving record. Prefer experience in I/DD direct care and I/DD supervisor experience. Experience preferred in staffing/scheduling, and managing labor and overtime. FT M-F 9-5:30.
