Overview
Perform accounting duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable and general accounting functions for select companies within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Match purchase orders to invoices and enter invoices to ERP system
- Charge expenses to accounts by analyzing invoices and recording entries
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Work with Supply Chain to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Analyze and reconcile monthly any purchase order receipts that have not been invoiced
- Invoicing of supplier-owned inventory
- Prepare and posting of journal entries
