Job Summary:

Working with Aircraft ServicingCenters, Candidates will become members of the Service Center Sales team toaccomplish goals in creating, maintaining, and growing customer relations.Candidate will have exposure to better understand overall sales strategy.

Job Responsibilities (may include,but not limited to):

  • Prepare metrics and reports as requested by leadership team, to include butnot limited to monthly activity reporting

  • Assist with development of sales promotions to meet targets and beresponsible for coordination with the Customer Service Marketing team

  • Develop, implement and maintain contractual templates in coordination withthe sales team to meet departmental objectives

  • Gain an understanding of all support areas within Customer Service

  • Provide data research support for current sales teams

  • Maintain customer database in conjunction with sales team

  • Complete data analysis for future strategies and promotions

  • When necessary, complete market research through customer follow up

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all aftermarket sales processes and functionsthrough rotational program

  • Rotate through all functions of the aftermarket sales department to gain anunderstanding of the team as a whole

  • Assist in the planning and development of sales meetings and training



  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in

  • Aviation

  • Business Management

  • Sales

  • Marketing

  • Communications

  • Other related fields

Position Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Private Pilot’s license, A&P license, or previous aerospace experience is desirable

  • Technical knowledge of aircraft is a plus

  • Professional and diplomatic demeanor

  • Geographic mobility preferred
