2021 Business Operations Analyst - Customer Support
Administersprocedures and oversees repeatable processes to manage and improve the ServiceCenter network competitive advantage. Performs a strategic analysis of marketcompetitiveness.
- Ensuresappropriate processes available for all aspects of the Service Center business.
Identifiesservice areas needing improvement or adjustment, to increase the quality andefficiency in the performance or aircraft maintenance work.
Identifyemerging customer trends, track customer activity, and provide insights to theorganization regarding the market landscape.
Developbusiness cases as required.
Providedata in all areas of the Service Center and work directly with Service CenterManagement to improve or correct unfavorable trends.
Providesa positive and open environment where there is communication, clear directionand specific desired results.
Mustbe willing to travel (both international and domestic).

Business AdministrationAviationOther related field QUALIFICATONS:
- Strongorganizational, verbal and written communication skills
Abilityto multi-task in fast paced environment
Aviationexperience preferred, but not required
Organizedand action oriented
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite
Self-starterthat works well in team environment
