Assist with custom harvest operation. Operate a variety of machinery, i.e. combines, grain carts and Semi-trucks. Drive heavy truck to transport produce to elevator or storage area. Drive truck to haul harvesting machines between work sites. Service, clean machinery and make in-field repairs. Employer may pay longevity and performance increases at employer's direction. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract at the employers discretion. Employer will deduct for willful destruction of property. This includes repairs due to operator/driver negligence of nay form (eg. Creating damage to equipment when operating equipment while on cellphone). No cellphone use will be allowed while operating any equipment.


Family housing not available. Housing will be clean & meet applicable Fed, State and local Housing Standards. Workers must maintain neat & clean housing. Reasonable repair cost of damage, other than normal wear and tear will be deducted from the earnings. Housing/utilities are provided at no cost to workers who are unable to return to their place of residence the same day. If both male & female workers are hired: separate toilet, bathing and sleeping rooms will be provided.

The employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities and space for food preparation, as well as the necessary equipment, appliances (including refrigeration),cooking accessories, and dish washing facilities (e.g., adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure) that are in working condition and will be used by workers to sufficiently prepare three (3) meals a day. Employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries and/or other incidentals. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable,centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day. Daily transportation at no cost to workers is available to workers who do not reside in employer-provided housing from centralized pick-up points.
