Reporting to the Concentrix Global CISO, the VP Cyber Threat Operations will serve as a strategic leader with vision across the global organization to promote continuous improvement, ensure program adoption and continually advance program capabilities to support secure business change and innovation. Work with and influence partners to evolve and align the CNX cyber security program with the company and business strategies and objectives. You and your team will strongly support and reflect the CNX culture both within and outside of the organization.

We are looking for an experienced cyber security executive that enjoys solving complex problems in a global, matrixed corporate setting. In this key leadership role, you will be tasked with expanding a world class end-to-end cyber security program which includes: SIRT, Applications Security, Vulnerability Management, Red team/Pentesting, and Cyber Intel functions.

The VP, Cyber Threat Operations will also play a key role in bringing unique to Global Security products and services to the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive level oversight and direction for the program through a team of globally dispersed Senior Directors, Directors, Senior Managers and Security Analysts

  • Apply in depth knowledge of Cybersecurity domains to lead subject functions responsible for ensuring the effectiveness, resiliency, and preparedness of CNX cyber capabilities, techniques, and procedures.

  • Assess and continuously improve the organizations ability to prevent, detect and respond to changing cyber threats through adequate preparedness of people, processes and technological capabilities

  • Align with company Security, IT and Business leaders on CNX security strategies; evaluate key partner challenges and direct the development and delivery of scalable and robust enterprise security capabilities

  • Influence leaders and achieve results despite, at times, conflicting IT and Business objectives is second nature owing to your tenacity and grit.

  • Develop capability maturity strategies, plans, tactical roadmaps and management level controls to drive progressive cyber detection and response practices

  • Maintain a constant state of resiliency through incident response processes, playbooks and procedures that are regularly updated, rehearsed and simulated to minimize organizational impacts

  • Provide scalable and operationally robust security services that deliver efficiency and cost-effective solutions

  • Serve on the CISO leadership team; provide expert level guidance around CNXs Cyber Threat Operations posture as well as support the budgeting, planning, coordinating, arranging and tracking progress against plan to drive innovation, growth and continuous excellence

Experience /Competencies/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an information technology or a related field, or an equivalent level of education and experience

  • 15+ years of experience with large enterprise IT or information security programs and organizations

  • Ability to lead and achieve results in a complex matrixed environment; spearheads initiatives, translate plans into specific actions across a team and execute with grit and tenacity.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate options, build consensus and execute as a change agent willing to challenge the status quo and with a strong track record of leading organizational evolution

  • Superior collaboration, communication, people management and coaching skills

  • Ability to prioritize and organize teams to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with concurrent priorities

  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with internal and external partners; earn the confidence of partners through sound judgments in an environment of shifting initiatives and priorities

  • Ability to work with senior level leaders across the business and influence the opinions of others; exercise sensitivity to the audience

  • Customer-centric and focused on producing results by applying appropriate processes
