Vice President, Federal Sales Executive - Federal (US Remote)
TTEC, the customer experience (CX) organization that powers the world's greatest brands, is hiring a VP, Sales Executive covering the Federal Market to join the mission of transforming customer experience and bringing humanity to business. This position will be selling our comprehensive portfolio of best in class solutions to drive digital transformation within customer experience, the portfolio is known as Humanify Technology Platforms.
The Sales Executive will be going to market with a best of breed integrated omnichannel tech stack in the cloud. The offer goes beyond just omni technology, we take our customer engagement strategy to the next level incorporating technology and services including consulting, big data analytics, virtual agents, AI and Intelligent Automation. This position acquires new customers and drives revenue through directly creating demand, channel engagement (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Pega Systems, Automation Anywhere, LivePerson, Cisco and many others), pipeline, and closing business.

What the role entails:
Possess an in-depth understanding of cloud contact center technologies and solutions
Expert at cultivating relationships with decision makers in client organizations securing new business
Self-generation of leads via networking, cold-calling, referrals, and events
Meeting and exceeding all sales goals and quotas
Owns the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close and maintains an accurate forecast with our CRM
Regionally focused franchise development and margin growth
Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business drivers, organizational imperatives, customer experience challenges, and offer solutions utilizing persuasive win themes and effective sales strategies
Maintains competitive knowledge and focus, continuously grow and develop professionally
10 years direct sales experience selling PaaS, SaaS and or Professional Services in a Contact Center solutions environment
4 years demonstrated experience selling to the Federal government
Grasp of Virtual Agent, Bot and Analytics as they apply to Customer Experience
Previous experience selling in AWS, Microsoft and Google Marketplace
Proven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations – and influence purchase and buying decisions focused on Customer Experience
A proven new logo hunter and closer who also is able to coordinate attack plans with channel partners
Ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations with decision makers
Evidence of prior, consistent success exceeding or meeting targets for multi-year, multi-million dollar deals
Experience working independently and as part of a team in an urgent, rapid change environment
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $140,000 - $160,000. This position also is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
