Title closing Coordinator
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work with other employees to facilitate the scheduling of loan closings through various
vendors and database of closers
· Communication and Negotiate price of services if needed on case by case transactions –
escalating requests over designated allowable fee to management for approval
· Assist in vendor management and the creation of a wider database of own proprietary
database of closers through recruiting
· Assist in getting loan packages together to email out to loan closers
· Excellent phone and email communication skills
· Able to handle high volume and high pressure days a few times a month
· Flexible schedule to work alternate shifts: Shifts- 8-4; 9-5; 10-6; 11-7; 12-8; 1-9
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
College Degree Preferred
Excellent oral communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal
customers, staff attorneys, title companies, brokers, borrowers, and closing agents
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive
attitude and providing exemplary internal and external customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters
of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted closing practices
Knowledge of MS Windows, Word and Excel, Internet and Outlook.
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA,
FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or
quantitative productivity standards.
