Change Healthcare Technical Trainer - Pharmacy in Topeka, Kansas

Overview Of Position

A Technical Trainer acts as a technical business consultant (in person or remote) to our clients and looks for opportunities for our products and services to be employed or adjusted to maximize our client’s product ROI.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Develop and maintain technical product training and demo materials including lesson plans, precise recordings of product training and alternatives to live training

  • Host live in-person or remote internal and external client training and demos

  • Works with product SMEs, engineering and technical support to ensure that course material reflects current product features

  • Participate in implementations and project tracking activities to support those implementations and to help ensure our client’s success using our products.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Associates of Arts Degree or 2 years experience in healthcare in lieu

  • 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy support or training role

  • Excellent technical business writing skills and experience with written procedures

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Knowledge of SQL queries

  • Familiarity with screen recording software
