Technical Solutions Lead
Gather, Assess and translate Customer Contact center technology business requirements in Omni channel Infrastructure, CRM desktop, AI based automation for Virtual assistants, Agent assist tools and Business Insights and analytics to high level technical requirements
Collaborate with Contact Center Technology Solution experts to develop customer specific technical solutions
Aggregate technical solutions and costs into the business case and ROI.
Document technical solutions as RFP response document, client facing value propositions and client specific demonstrations
Enable selection of vendor partners across CCaaS, CRM, Analytics, Automation platforms
Good understanding of leading edge solutions and capabilities such as Generative AI, CRM and CCaaS
