Customer Success Group
The Technical Consultant is a key player in an exciting, customer interfacing role that couples technical and customer relationship skills to successfully implement and provide services for ClickSoftware and Salesforce FSM offerings. The Technical Consultant will work within defined project teams to perform technical implementations. As part of these implementations, the Technical Consultant will participate and support requirement gathering, design, development, testing and deployment to meet the customer’s business and technical requirements. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for completing tasks on one or more concurrent projects and reporting status to the assigned Project Manager.
In some instances the Technical Consultant will assume technical lead responsibilities in smaller scale engagements for example customers/partners advisory, specific enhancements to existing FSM implementations, etc.
The Technical Consultant develops and leads the evaluation of options and subsequent presentation and education of the customer/partner. They also identify and proactively manage risk areas, and commit to seeing issues through to complete resolution.
Being a key member of the technical delivery team responsible for the design, configuration, coding & successful delivery of the requirements to meet the customer’s requirement
Help clients consistently meet/exceed goals and metrics
Cofntribute to customer success through front and backend solution development and release management
Assist customer with fine-tuning the FSM application and service optimization algorithms to meet customer’s business objectives and deliver high CSAT
Provide on-going consultancy to customer / partners during their implementation to ensure a successful deployment
Continued professional growth and development
Apply Salesforce best practices and values to the customer’s business
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
BA/BS Degree or equivalent
5 - 7 years of experience working in the technology sector, preferably in a product based organization as a part of the services business line
Specializes in gathering and analyzing information and designing comprehensive solutions that are flexible and adaptable to the client's needs
Cutting edge innovator who continually studies new technologies and functionality, and is involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies
Strong desire to work both in design and in 'hands-on' implementation modes in the delivery of ClickSoftware solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Travel to client site but may be higher or lower based on the client engagement.
