The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Coordinator provides world class customer service--serving as the first line of support to both our internal and external customers for talent acquisition processes and systems. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Operations Team Lead and partners closely with recruiters and recruitment/staffing coordinators in order to streamline people operations processes and ensure data integrity.
The TA Operations Coordinator:
Oversee the day to day TA support operations
Serves as a main point of contact in providing excellent customer service
Serves as a first point of contact for issues with TA systems and tools
Serves as the purchasing card (P-card) holder for Talent Acquisition; Protects the card and remains accountable for purchases made using the card
Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the cross functional processes within the HR team to best leverage process improvements
Oversees recruiting documents and resources on a shared repository to ensure material remains relevant and user-friendly
Assists with the coordination of talent acquisition events, including careers fairs and conference booth coordination and travel
Pulls recruiting data and metrics and shares regularly with TA leadership
Produces slide presentations, reports, and/or other documents for TA Leadership
Assists in collecting information to provide recommendations for Applicant Track system changes and process improvements, including surveys as needed
Assists in evaluating resources, tools, and processes and providing recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve productivity, performance, and compliance
Assists with the development and/or optimization of visually-appealing dashboards for the recruiting team
Supports, coordinates, and communicates change management efforts for TA policies and processes
Provides administrative support for recruiting functions, as needed
Responds to inquiries in a timely manner

This position is hybrid-based in Richland, WA; May be open to virtual options.
High school diploma and 10+ years of relevant work experience or;
Relevant Associate's degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience or
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant work experience
Applicant Track System experience, preferably iCIMS
Understanding of data and analytics
Experience with Microsoft Power BI
