The SMX Talent Acquisition Team is looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) to join our team. This position is 100% remote. Our Talent Acquisition Team is focused on hiring the best and brightest to support not only our amazing clients across all of our service areas but also our internal functional teams that keep business operations rolling.
You would be joining a team of seriously dedicated and highly motivated Sourcing Recruiters and TAPs to provide top-notch experiences to candidates, hiring managers, and clients. The team works in a highly collaborative environment both internally within the Talent Acquisition Team but also with all other stakeholders in our Business Units and Business Partner Support Areas. We are looking for a client facing individual to own the Talent Acquisition process from interview through onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and sourcing recruiters to build assessment and selection strategies to meet BU needs for today and tomorrow.
Manage the interview and onboarding process to provide an exceptional experience to both the candidate and the hiring manager.
Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcing Recruiters to bring in the best talent to the organization.
Forge strong relationships with team members, HR partners, and Business Unit staff
Participate in special projects or TA initiatives which could include Internal mobility, recruitment marketing, cultivating talent communities, process automation, events, and onboarding.
Perform full lifecycle responsivities (to include sourcing) when necessary.
3-5+ years managing Talent Acquisition activities independently in competitive market segments.
Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills.
Ability to collaborate with Smartronix team members across the entire organization.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to discuss technical position requirements with both hiring managers as well as accurately screen potential candidates.
Top-notch consulting skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
US citizenship required for work under DoD contracts.
- Experience with creating and tracking performance metrics for recruiting teams.
