Job Descriptions:
Position Summary:
The Strategic Capital Sr. Analyst will provide support to the Principals and VP in activities related to business/market intelligence, strategy development, M valuation & return on investment (ROI) analyses, and assisting in negotiations
Or 2 years of management consulting with project experience involving strategy as well as corporate finance / investment decisions
Or 2 years of corporate development with transaction experiences
Experience working on M&A and/or equity investment deals preferred
Other Requirements :
Proficiency in Spanish preferred
