Sunrun SRA Deal Desk Representative in Topeka, Kansas

The SRA Deal Desk representative will respond to escalations in real-time, helping our sales team navigate through the requirements necessary to shepherd through some of the most complicated aspects of the solar process. After mastering the requirements and knowledge necessary to respond to escalations and also review and approve the body of paperwork necessary to go solar, the most important aspect of the SRA Deal Desk rep is detecting problems and driving resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Represent Sunrun and its partners in escalated pending issues through the delivery of exceptional customer service and support by utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills and effective telephone and texting techniques.

  • Responsible for Customer Signoff to Sunrun Approval conversion rates.

  • Act as a liaison between Contract Review, SSD, and sales to resolve pending task assistance in 15 minutes of pending task creation.

  • Contact sales representatives for additional information, documents, or records to move projects forward.

  • Review signed solar agreement and correlating document packages for errors and confirm SOX compliance checks are followed.

  • Responsible for following up and resolving SOX compliance errors with partners and Sunrun sales representatives to ensure we are within checks and balances.

  • Act as frontline support for our CRM and Design tools to resolve issues during a consultation.

  • Submit tickets on behalf of sales representatives for system glitches or IT support.

  • Maintain a WIP (work in progress) to ensure daily touchpoints and resolution occurs.

  • Assist our partner sales organizations by responding to and resolving questions and escalations.

  • Interface with Project Coordinators, Project Planners, and Design and Interconnection Teams to resolve issues.

  • Help Sales Teams and Project teams identify trends, problems, and areas for improvement.

  • Work with other Deal Desk Analysts on projects to create efficiency gains across the organizations.

  • Master internal process and serve as a resource to the Sales team on Sunrun’s booking process and policy for all markets Sunrun operates in.

  • Assist with Contract Review at EOM or when volume exceeds headcount availability from our offshore teams.

  • Complete other tasks as deemed appropriate by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2 years of experience in Operations, data entry/validation and phone support

  • Proficiency with Google@Work Suite (Calendar, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)

  • Experience with ERP and CRM, preferably Oracle and Salesforce.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to establish rapport, and build relationships and loyalty with external and internal customers and coworkers; remains tactful when communicating negative information.

  • Demonstrates ability to display patience, empathy, and strong listening skills while ensuring customer needs are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory fashion.

  • Demonstrates ability to maintain composure while de-escalating and professionally negotiating high-tension situations on a routine basis.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

$18.81 to $23.51

Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
