Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Management of multi-pillar cross functional Oracle Health Releases, being focused on overall Release Analytics, Schedule, Milestones plans, scope, and resourcing as it relates to various Implementation projects.

  • Tracking project milestones and communicating status to both internal teams and external clients during weekly meetings

  • Development of project deliverables such as:

  • Providing support creating approach and materials for Workshops involving both business and technical stakeholders

  • Providing support gathering business requirements and translating into design options

  • Documenting/defining processes to show where business and system processes align

  • Development of user accepting testing plans/scripts as well as facilitating various testing cycles

  • Identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them, such that the scope scheduled, and quality of the release is not affected.

  • Defining post production support model and coordinating the hand-off between internal teams

  • Executive Level Communications post release metrics.

  • Track Release Deployment progress and find issues, if any. Always work to improve the process of release.

  • Schedule the release readiness reviews before deployment and milestone reviews after each release.

  • Create plans for the implementation and deployment as per the release schedule.

  • Plan and give weekly updates on the release activities

  • Make sure the allocation of Release Engineers to every release.

  • Communicate with release managers from different IT departments.

  • Lead the Go-Live activities to deploy the software successfully.

  • Team up with relevant development teams responsible for building the automation tools used to develop and deploy the software.

  • Maintain documentation related to procedures on build and release, various notifications lists, and dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Health Care or related field or equivalent relevant work experience in Cloud Migration, Retail, Insurance or Telecom.

  • At least 4 years of work experience with Agile, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies

  • Certification: SafeAgile,ITSM,PMP Preferred. Good knowledge of SAFe 4.5

  • Tools: Atlassian tools, Spinnaker , Jenkins , bitbucket , Git

  • Language: C#, javascript, java ,C++, Ruby , Python

Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
