Sunrun Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager, CRM in Topeka, Kansas

Overview:
Sunrun is building our next gen Salesforce CRM, and in doing so completely revamping our CRM architecture, data model, enablement setup and many associated business processes to meet the evolving needs of our customers and our company. The CRM is a core platform in the Sunrun ecosystem supporting all phases of the customer journey and key business teams across the organization including Operations, Customer Care, Marketing, Accounting, Finance and Sales.
As a Senior Technical Program manager of CRM you will be acting as the overarching project lead and own the vision, execution and results delivery for our next Gen CRM, and subsequently key CRM-related projects. You will leverage consumer insights, market needs, and an understanding of our cross-channel go-to-market strategy and product set (including solar, storage and grid services, and underlying software stack) to define and evaluate new products, features and experiences. You will combine strategy with execution to align cross-functional stakeholders, drive prioritization, manage resource allocation, coordinate release strategies . You will own delivery of initiatives with a significant impact on customer experience, innovation path, and operations of our company.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business, product, engineering stakeholders and implementation partners to define product requirements, shape strategy and drive successful program execution across cross functional teams
Gather and leverage customer needs and feedback to drive roadmap prioritization and decision making
Formulate new, innovative ideas to enhance our platform, end-to-end experience and the underlying functionality in our CRM.
Evangelize platform mentality, building for scale, and reuse across multiple experiences
Translate high-level product vision into actionable solutions and projects. Manage cross dependencies and day to day execution across multiple teams
Engage closely with engineering to help determine the best technical implementation and design while balancing time-to-market needs
Effectively and regularly track, manage and communicate program status, risks, dependencies, schedules and milestones to leadership teams
Promote a collaborative culture across teams and stakeholders by maintaining open and constant communication
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
6+ years experience. 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager or Engineering Manager
Deep knowledge and experience of CRM/Salesforce products, architecture and best practices and methodologies
Prior experience leading Salesforce or other large scale platform migrations highly desirable
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex needs into structured requirements and partner with engineering to drive technical design and software development
Proven track record of aligning and influencing stakeholders and driving consensus at all levels in a large organization. Adept at leading solution-focused discussions, brainstorms, and working sessions
Experience leading execution of complex products in a effective and timely manner
Strong experience in project management; practical familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ability to apply them where best suited.
Detail-oriented with exceptional written and oral communication skills.

The starting salary/wage for this opportunity is:
$ 154,713.00 to $226,869.00.
Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards. Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
