Pega Partner Sales Effectiveness team is a strategic function that equips our global partner ecosystem with the ability to consistently and systematically recognize Pega opportunities and have valuable conversations with the right set of customer stakeholders at each stage of the customer's problem-solving life cycle. Our Partner organization is scaling and we are looking to grow our team to align with the scale of Pega's business!

Picture Yourself at Pega:

In this role you will be responsible for managing components of the Partner Sales Effectiveness strategy and plan development across partner community. This position will work closely with Pega’s Partner sales teams to design, establish and execute partner sales enablement strategy. The role requires the ability to think strategically as well as execute to a plan. The expectation is that this role will be both a strong business partner to and highly aligned with the Alliances Sales leaders. The Senior Partner Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for working across multiple partners globally providing guidance on how to best drive Pega sales & solutions awareness throughout the Pega partner community.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Work with partners and Alliances sales to establish a cadence of partner sales enablement activities that drive increased awareness across partners globally

  • Collaborate with Pega Alliance sales team to design and launch partner sales success program globally

  • Drive adoption and utilization of Pega’s existing digital sales assets throughout partner community

  • Provide partners with sales tools, resources, skills, and knowledge necessary to identify opportunities for Pega solutions and successfully showcase demos & proof of concepts in sales opportunities

  • Design & drive execution of best-in-class enablement workshops both in-person and remote

  • Monitor utilization of digital assets, workshop engagements and enablement certification and provide executive reporting to Alliance leadership.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate is eager to be part of an expanding organization and recognizes the value of Partner community and GTM sales models. This individual has exceptional skills to collaborate and influence key stakeholder and can comfortably work at both the strategic and execution level.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a related field

  • Deep understanding of partner go-to market models

  • 10+ years of enterprise software experience with 3+ years’ experience in Global Alliance and/or Channel function

  • 5+ years of sales enablement & training experience in the software industry

  • Prior experience designing and launching sales enablement programs

  • Experience working with global system integrators, channel, ISV or OEM partners on sales enablement programs

  • Experience leveraging various learning tools and media to provide optimal learning

  • Excellence in program or project management, including experience in enablement program development and execution

  • Skilled in designing and leading in-person and digital training workshops

  • Excellent written, oral communication skills

  • Ability to work across all levels and functions within Partners and Pega

  • Skilled at influence management

  • Ability to establish priorities and be self-motivated
