Responsibilities + Supports Multiple projects with the implementation of PCG Products and Services. + Analyzes data and research issues to determine resolution recommendations for EDPlan Innovations a subset of our online case management tool for education entities. + Captures client requirements and translate into specification designs for web development + Performs solution testing in support of quality control processes + Provides service and support changes to existing software solutions and systems + Prepares wide range of materials required for launch projects – specific to Implementation support + Mentors new staff in Business Solutions or Mentor staff interested in gaining new responsibilities (Sr. level) + Facilitates assessments and evaluations on launch requirements and business rules to transition information to functional teams and identify Unit Acceptance Testing (UAT) needs – specific to Implementation Support + Follows, critically evaluates, and improves upon current application and processes + Develops and drafts system and end-user documentation + Assists end-users with support inquiries utilizing multiple platforms + Assists team if end-user inquiries need to be escalated + Assists team in delivery of online and on-site training for end users and our internal teams on various products and services. + Supports expert and “go-to” for other team members. + Supports team in outreach to clients to provide customer support and implement adoption management strategies for our services and products.
