Sunrun Sr. Business Process Analyst in Topeka, Kansas

Overview
The Senior Business Process Analyst must work to improve the business in all possible ways, using a mix of analytical and design capabilities to provide insights that drive change and improvement. The best candidate will be able to ascertain the true needs of the business, and drive methods for meeting those needs. He or she will be able to transfer input from across the functions into usable data and business requirements.
Responsibilities
Prepare and present data to the executive leadership team. Ability to analyze data and then to tell the story.
Collaborate with key operating leaders to understand the driving operational issues in their businesses, and develop analysis, tools, reporting and insights to address these issues.
Deliver sustainable business improvements by conducting analysis on performance trends and driving strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain frameworks for monitoring performance of new process improvements. - Partner with business leaders to tackle the highest priority strategic questions. - Develop and evangelize dashboards and reports to drive fluency in Sunrun KPIs across the company. - Monitor operational metrics and perform ad hoc analysis to identify business opportunities & risks and generate actionable insights.
Perform benchmarking analysis to industry & best practice organizations.
Make cohesive, empirically-grounded recommendations and use data visualization to clearly communicate ideas.
Inform your analytical approach by establishing a sound understanding of the underlying mechanics of Sunrun’s business, from customer acquisition and installation, to financing and servicing. - Drive automation of routine data collection and develop reporting processes that aid Design Engineering performance management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years work experience in an analytical role with progressively increasing responsibility
2+ years operations focused experience including;
Creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects or procedures - Creating quantitative evaluative models
Working with business users and technical staff to develop strategies for potential system support/tools - Metrics modeling
Experience presenting data for Senior Management and operational stakeholders - Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
Ability to organize data, design analyses, and distill insights out of structured and unstructured data. - Experience manipulating data (cleaning, merging, transforming, analyzing) using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, R and Python.
Advanced skills with a range of database, analytics and visualization software and tools.
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills in dealing with senior management.
Ability to work cross-functionally and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Programming knowledge preferred
Ability to think strategically about uses of data

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$69,978.00 to $93,304.00
Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
