Experienced Agile Business Analyst, with deep skills with each step of developing applications with Agile processes. This candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work with Testing teams to monitor process and issues. Must have strong communication skills and strong client interfacing skills. Strong skills with release management and planning for multiple releases. The BA will analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems. The BA will represent the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments. They will also coordinate with business and technology teams ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of user’s acceptance and coordinate testing, and system techniques and controls. They will need to demonstrate knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow. The BA will need to provide expert knowledge when conducting Demos of new application solutions.
Key Requirements:
Elicit business requirements from business users and subject matter experts
Define and document requirements; Analyze and prioritize requirements
Write functional specifications, Lead development of common standards and tools
Experience with Jira
Work with team to test application and present status
Assists in operational rollout and support.
Excellent oral and written communication skill
The ability to conduct Demo’s with team and clients.
A team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
Ability to take strategic direction from executive management, Initiative
Ability to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
Minimum of 10 years’ experience
