Summary:

Facebook is hiring the best technical minds around and we need the best recruiting minds to match our business needs. As a Sourcing Lead, you will work closely with recruiting and sourcing leaders, business leaders and cross-functional partners to support hiring in our Core Business Functions (CoreBiz) pillars which includes are not limited to: Corporate Functions (Admin, Finance, Facilities, Culinary), Communication, Legal & Policy, People Recruiting (HRBP, Comp, Mission Control, Employee Relations, Benefits, etc.), and Talent Acquisition (R4R). You will develop, drive, and execute on the sourcing strategies for our largest demand in Core Business hiring. You will lead an organization of sourcing professionals. The successful leader will have built and developed diverse recruiting and sourcing teams at scale and across complex, dynamic businesses in a decentralized environment. Required Skills:

  1. Define, design and implement scalable sourcing strategies for the CoreBiz organizations across North America and in close partnership with international regions with a keen focus on impacting company-wide diversity aspirations

  2. Mentor, coach and grow geographically dispersed team of high performing sourcers to build inclusion across diverse teams and build a cohesive culture across the group

  3. Coordinate workforce planning and develop plans for operational support and delivery

  4. Drive accountability to deliver against global organizational goals across your direct team and through collaboration with international teams while increasing efficiency and productivity

  5. Utilize data to influence the overall sourcing strategy to increase effectiveness of various programs and initiatives

  6. Advise business leaders on innovative sourcing strategies utilizing external market insights and intelligence to influence direction

  7. Optimize teams' productivity and continuously up-level sourcing skills on the team

  8. Help hire and build a team of sourcers

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience

  2. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional partners

  3. Experience using data to drive business decisions

  4. Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of people management experience

  2. Experience recruiting/sourcing in a matrixed organization with strong sourcing and closing acumen

  3. Experience providing a consultative sourcing approach with internal stakeholders

  4. Experience leading technical and non-technical sourcing teams
