SMX is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support of the Federal Reserve Board in support of the Big Data Platform (BDP).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for evaluating organizational data platform needs, and designing and implementing software, hardware, or infrastructure solutions.
Dedicated to aligning Board Data Platform underlying technologies to DataOps operational and Board business goals.
Responsible for evaluating, and potentially designing, integration to existing Board capabilities (e.g., Collibra).
Required Skills:
At least seven years of experience as a technical architect with familiarity with the Apache-based Cloudera technology stack, or similar cloud-based solutions, and familiarity with Collibra.
The Solution Architect shall have experience in the following technologies:•Apache Airflow•Apache Atlas •Apache Hadoop HDFS•Apache HBase•Apache Hive•Apache Hue•Apache Iceberg•Apache Impala•Apache NiFi•Apache Ozone•Apache Phoenix•Apache Ranger•Apache Spark•Apache Zeppelin•Collibra
