Senior Project Manager, Oracle Hospitality Global Services for Industries (Consulting)
Location: US/Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall project ownership focusing on successful delivery and customer satisfaction
Financial responsibility to manage and deliver on time and within budget
Manage communication and project governance both with the customer and within Oracle
Work with Account Leads and customers to scope, plan and deliver complex Cloud Transformation initiatives with multiple work streams (e.g., deployment, integrations, etc.)
Create and deliver executive-level, customer-facing status reports, dashboards, etc.
Anticipate and proactively remediate program-level issues internally and with customers
Act as a point of contact for internal and customer-escalations related to delivery of Cloud Transformation initiatives
Prepare and drive Customer Consulting QBRs
Partner with Support and Customer Success to ensure successful transition back into ongoing operations
Provide leadership and mentoring through all phases of the project lifecycle
Create and contribute to an environment that is geared to innovation, high productivity, high quality, and Customer Service
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in a business or computer related field 8+ years related experience in a best-in-class project management organization
Successfully completed multiple infrastructure and managed application deliveries and major upgrades
Must have a broad, strong technical knowledge which encompasses an understanding of datacenter technologies including hardware, networking, database, platform, and application tiers
Ability to create and deliver customer-facing status reports, dashboards, etc.
Must be an exceptional communicator and comfortable in presenting both in public and online to business and technical executives
Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through other internal and external organizations and individuals (a track record of delivering results within a matrix business environment)
Strong leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills required
Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
Sets high standards with respect to the treatment of customers and peers

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $79,400 to $158,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $75,000 to $143,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $75,000 to $151,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $83,800 to $151,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
