Acxiom LLC Senior Product Manager, Global Data Product in Topeka, Kansas

Acxiom is seeking a product manager with domain expertise and leadership for data-related products, features, and functionality that serves healthcare clients. You think about the strategic business goals of Acxiom, and work to ensure resources are being spent in ways that align with those goals. This individual should possess strong knowledge of data, BI/analytics, and can drive execution and product development discussions to successful resolution.

What you will do:

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for healthcare data product portfolio. Working closely with and learned about the nuance of healthcare data to define the scope and specifications of the portfolio.

  • Helped to define new use cases to grow the business using our core data assets.

  • Conduct data analysis and testing to ensure a precise implementation of the requirements that you have developed.

  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, including gathering requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Define OKRs and track metrics in partnership with business development and partnership teams to assess success and failure of projects, while ensuring the team and stakeholders are aligned on goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build momentum and alignment, and shepherd product concepts through execution, validation, and adoption.

  • Educate the sales team: Through regular communication with the sales team, you will support their understanding and ability to communicate product highlights and benefits to prospects and customers.

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in data product management.

  • Experience in and or hands-on knowledge of healthcare data, with a focus on data products and analysis is a big plus.

  • Understand data analytics concepts such ML model libraries, model training, testing and validation strategies, model performance metrics, model management lifecycle etc.

  • An understanding of the complexities of data normalization, standardization, and redundancy management

  • De-risk product development by anticipating bottlenecks and roadblocks, and proactively addressing them to ensure on-time delivery

  • Successful track record of influencing cross functional teams without formal authority
