Job Description

The Senior Principal Product Manager , Video and Emerging Formats plays a key role delivering customer centric solutions that deliver the core value proposition of measurement across a multitude of video formats. Capabilities like Reach & Frequency, Verification, Brand Safety, Attention and more have a complex relationship with video advertising factors ranging from technology and standards to compliance and evolving privacy landscape. The person in this role, will lead our efforts to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives related to customer outcomes in Video measurement and emerging formats.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Principal Product Manager , Video and Emerging Formats you will:
Create Strategy and Business Case presentations across key areas, such as CTV partnerships, new format coverage, various social platforms, and ad server integrations.
Participate in Industry standards, working groups, and thought leadership and keep up to date on compliance and the evolving privacy landscape.
Tactical Product Management work, such as defining feature requirements and specifications for engineering, managing a backlog of product requests, updating roadmaps and delivery schedules, and maintaining and releasing product documentation.
Data-driven prioritization to ensure the team is focused on the most important strategic initiatives and can deliver against clear key performance indicators.
What we are looking for:
10 - 12+ years of experience as a product leader working with video delivery systems
Deep technical understanding of the ad tech ecosystem with video advertising emphasis
Experience working in a matrixed organization with diverse set of stakeholders, and the ability to build strategic relationships and influence priorities that result in successful product outcomes
Ability to design major changes to existing software and propose new solutions for cross-product functionality; leading design reviews and planning rituals
Ability to deliver a compelling vision and product strategy based on market understanding, competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and strategic alignment
Expert-level internal documentation and client facing product communication and thought leadership experience
Disposition, both in attitude and ability to ramp in new areas and to shift priorities based on business objectives.

Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
