An experienced consulting professional who operates independently with minimal assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team and customer. This is a client-facing role focused on providing advanced technical knowledge and expertise of the Oracle Health HealtheIntent platform, including integration points between solutions, data onboarding, and identity management.

Oracle Health is seeking a HealthNetwork/Population Health Senior Platform Architect. In charge of the following: Operating independently to cultivate client relationships to achieve business objectives. Partner with the engagement management team to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met in order to deliver value to the client as committed. Support consistency in design delivery across clients and assist in matching data sources to design requirements. Guide project teams in translating workflows to technical requirements. Act as a liaison between the client project team, and internal consulting and development teams to maximize client value. Lead complex client discussions around identity management strategies and data and platform security. Provide platform, solution, and troubleshooting expertise and drive data quality in client environments. (Please note this position is not Software Engineering/Architecture, but a liaison between the Oracle Health Software Engineering team and the client)
Qualifications :
6+ years of experience with the following:
Identifying, and managing risks, issues, and defects for complex projects
Developing and managing plans, tasks, and activities
Identity management strategies
Population Health knowledge
Experience with communicating with C Suite as well as internal and external stakeholders
Advanced Integration strategies
Validation and go-live activities
3+ years of experience with the following:
SQL data models and performing basic queries
Big Data platforms
Experience using RESTful API’s
Travel: Up to 50%

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $87,300 to $170,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $82,500 to $153,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $82,500 to $161,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $92,200 to $161,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
