TitleSenior Manager, Enterprise AnalyticsOverview of PositionThe Senior Manager, Enterprise Analytics will lead the team of analytics data engineers and BI developers to provide business intelligence and analytics services to our internal functions and as well as our business units. He/she will be leveraging our leading-edge analytics platform on AWS in a company where statistics and data visualization is a prime element of our culture.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Manage a team of data engineers, business analysts, and data scientists to drive Analytics for a portfolio of areas (e.g. Product Analytics, Sales & Marketing Analytics, Self-Service Analytics, etc.)
Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects under time and resource constrains.
Contribute technically to projects.
Work closely with product management teams and platform engineering teams to change Healthcare in the US
What are the requirements needed for this position?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related STEM discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years' experience working in a fast-paced environment leveraging agile/SAFe development framework
2 years of technical leadership and people management experience.
Experience programming in one of the following: Python, Java, C/C++ or Go.
Experience leading engineers to manage internal client-facing projects with sound satisfaction from cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated thoughts leadership and ability to drive projects to closure.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Experience developing and launching analytics product on AWS
Master or PhD in Computer Science or related STEM discipline.
Working experience with Infrastructure-as-Code on AWS
Healthcare industry experience.
