Senior Manager Analyst Relations

Role Overview:

Trellix is looking for an experienced, self-motivated and detail-oriented Analyst Relations Manager to support its industry analyst relations programs worldwide. The right candidate will possess Analyst Relations experience and a track-record of demonstrating successful Analyst Relations program management. This includes working with analysts to ensure that all published information reflects accurate and up-to-date information, that the brand is represented fairly in all relevant research reports, and that industry analysts have a favorable impression of the company’s offering, vision, and operations. The person in this role will have a positive attitude and demonstrate flexibility as well as the ability to adapt to persistent change and ambiguity, while working with a sense of urgency.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Marketing or Communications major a plus

  • 5+ years' experience managing Analyst Relations strategy at an agency or fast-paced corporate communications or marketing team

  • Outstanding project management and leadership skills, in addition to experience working with large cross-functional teams.

  • Experience managing vendor evaluations for Gartner Magic Quadrants, IDC MarketScapes, and Forrester Waves, and similar reports.

  • Understanding of cybersecurity market

  • Experienced and comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization from executive management to product management, sales, and marketing.

  • Understanding of AR’s impact on the sales cycle and product development lifecycle

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with different elements of a business organization.

Responsabilities

  • Supporting the management and execution of a global Analyst Relations program to educate the analyst community on behalf of Trellix and its products

  • Create, cultivate, and oversee relationships with industry analysts and influencers to engage and educate analysts about product group business updates, roadmaps, and product news

  • Develop AR plans and strategies for specific product groups

  • Identifying published reports and commission custom research that will support the sales, partners, and support organizations

  • Consulting with and educating business stakeholders at all levels on AR strategy

  • Proactively manage vendor evaluations with the goal of securing positive placements.

  • Responding quickly and completely to information requests from industry analysts

  • Managing competitive survey response processes, driving readiness for briefings and demos, and manage campaign launch of report results

  • Partner closely with product marketing, product management to provide guidance on positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.

  • Monitoring and tracking industry analyst publications and trends
