Change Healthcare Senior Director, Analytics Engineering in Topeka, Kansas
Be responsible for the overall discovery, design, alignment, development, launch, monitoring, enhancement, and success of complex technical projects under time and resource constraints .
Contribute technically and strategically to projects.
Work closely with product management and engineering teams to i nspire a better healthcare system in the US .
Master’s degree in Computer Science, related STEM discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 8 years of relevant Big Data & Analytics industry experience , with 5 years of technical leadership and people management experience.
Experience with some Big Data Analytics solutions: Hadoop, Spark, Redshift, Snowflake, Teradata.
Experience with some back-end development languages: Python, Java, C/C++, .NET, Go, Scala, SQL.
Experience with some front-end development frameworks: CSS , JS , AngularJS, ReactJS.
Experience leading engineers to manage internal client-facing projects with sound satisfaction from cross-functional stakeholders.
High degree of humor and empathy
PhD in Computer Science or related STEM discipline.
Demonstrated thought leadership at industry level.
Healthcare industry experience.
