Acxiom LLC Senior Decision Support Analyst in Topeka, Kansas

Acxiom is seeking an ambitious and motivated individual for an Senior Decision Support Analyst (DSA) role. The Expert DSA will work as a member of the Marketing Information Management team for one of our largest clients coordinating the implementation of their marketing campaigns. In this role the associate will lead all aspects of the execution of these programs working with all partners including Marketing, Decision Management, Acxiom Operations, and multiple partners (letter shops, email service providers, etc.).

What You Will Do:

Assists clients with business solution definition as well as campaign management and business intelligence tools and/or processes through all or some of the following ways:

• Fully understands details of client's data and Acxiom's marketing capabilities, ensuring clients receive accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted and ready-to-market data.

• Executes and analyzes decision support processes and data to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness.

• Provides data, analysis and recommendations to support multiple technical operations and ensure client satisfaction.

• Researches, trouble shoots, administers application administration, conducts application user training, and code changes.

  • Serve as primary liaison with client Marketing Segment Managers, Decision Management, and Risk to develop sound Business Requirements and work through the business needs to ensure successful project completion

  • Provide consultative support to client business partners in reviewing requirements, offering suggestions, and answering inquiries

  • Coordinate requirements and shepherd implementation across multiple technical vendors and client internal technology teams

  • Support projects and outcomes from multiple online and offline channels

  • Work with Acxiom Operations team to support successful campaign execution

  • Facilitate meetings keeping participants passionate about agenda and goals

  • Work independently, with strong follow-through, capable of owning and leading projects from end-to-end

What You Will Need:

  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients

  • Technical literacy with ability to explain technical information and concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Proven knowledge with SQL and Campaign Management

  • Proven knowledge of solution management

  • Ability to work seamlessly cross-geography and multi-functionally within an organization to accomplish objectives

  • Acumen working in a technical environment to solve business-related problems

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Campaign Management tools experience

  • Strong SQL skills

  • Experience with the financial services industry

  • Experience with Direct Marketing of credit card offers and understanding of legal and regulatory environment

  • Experience with digital marketing

  • Working knowledge of large-scale relational database

  • Knowledge of Acxiom products
