Responsibilities :
• Provide technical leadership in developing vision, strategy, architecture, and overall design for assigned domains and solutions.
• Lead technical projects, or programs and has overall leadership responsibility for project architecture, design, and development.
• Evaluate new cloud products and vendor solutions and recommend the best end-to-end solutions to implement across the teams.
• Use innovative thinking to shape our cloud architecture offerings and partner with application teams to achieve proper cloud adoption models.
• Develop processes and corresponding documentation to set best practices for cloud adoption.
• Use innovative thinking to shape our standard enterprise cloud architecture offerings and partner with application teams to achieve proper cloud adoption models.
• Development of high-quality applications in small teams with the appropriate technology
• Deduce and document use cases from customer requirements.
• Visual Modeling by setting up Database Structures and relationships.
• Develop application workflows and application logic.
• Create integration interfaces via Web Services and Graphical User Interface Layouts.
• Extend application logic and integration interfaces.
• Create and modify user manuals and functional application requirement documentation.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree or U.S. equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related, plus five years of professional experience working with public cloud services and implementing multi-cloud provider technical solutions (including AWS and Microsoft Azure) in a global IT department. Must also have experience with the following special skills:
• Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and web applications
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design
• Five years of professional experience architecting and deploying applications using Azure and AWS.
• Five years of professional experience with container technology (including Docker and Kubernetes).
• Five years of professional experience scripting using .Net, Java, Python, and Powershell.
• Five years of professional experience interacting with senior management, developers, vendors, and system administrators.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred :
• Advanced degree; Experience in 2-3 different architecture domains.
• AWS and Cloud Security Certification preferred.
• Proficient experience with AWS required. Azure/GCP preferred.
• Understanding the security processes, standards & issues involved in the multi-tier cloud or hybrid applications, including relevant data privacy and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with principles of network, application, and information security.
• Understanding of enterprise application integration technologies.
• Understanding software engineering, including DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, test automation, environment, configuration automation, etc.
