Kinetic by Windstream is a growing company rolling out Fiber based internet services to rural customers in 18 states. Kinetic by Windstream is looking for a talented growth driver to fill the role of Segment Marketing Manager in the Strategic Marketing organization.
Job Purpose:
The Segment Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for specific segments of our customer base. The role involves developing a deep understanding of the target market, creating marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products and services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Job Responsibilities:
Define and drive the optimal segment marketing strategy and campaigns for various customer segments.
Develop new customer and/or retention targets to measure program effectiveness.
Track and analyze program performance through the development of KPIs and dashboards.
Conduct market research to gain a deep understanding of segment’s needs, behaviors and preferences.
Develop customer journeys to guide marketing efforts.
Create compelling marketing content and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
Develop and execute campaigns across a variety of sales and marketing channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape and industry best practices
Requirements:
Passion and skill for leading and partnering with cross-functional teams and customers.
5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a segment marketing role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Highly strategic, analytical and data driven marketer.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelors in marketing, Business, Communications. MBA in marketing is a plus.

Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9 years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
