Responsibilities
Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Project Manager in a high-growth practice. You will be a key contributor on the consulting team to help facilitate the optimization of technology capabilities, manage timeline, enable change, and champion the development team to exceed client expectations. You will lead and define stakeholder and technology strategies and identify gaps within the process. You will contribute to the success of the Salesforce product and team. You will lead the road mapping efforts and effectively execute the Guidehouse standard of delivery at all phases. As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will have a comprehensive view of the financial implications of your project, in addition to building client rapport, proactively mitigating project risks/issues, and leading change efforts. As a key team member on the project, you will guide customers through the implementation of Salesforce solutions using our adaptive-agile methodology.
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage a project(s) to scope, budget and timeline expectations
Review workstream status reports and appropriately address issues
Ensure project documents are complete, and accurately stored for client viewing
Ensure successful completion of project deliverables, cost, and timeliness
Develop, review, and approve project plan(s)
Identify and manage project risk
Deep knowledge of the Agile/Scrum methodologies
Engaging customer stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and define success criteria
Articulate to customer stakeholders the value of recommended solutions and approach
Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation
Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements
Support the design of elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions, involving configuration of Salesforce, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality
Iterate Salesforce solutions through an adaptive-agile cycle with the customer Product Owner
Basic Requirements:
BA/BS degree from a top tier university; MBA preferred
3+ years of Salesforce project management experience
Current Salesforce Certifications
Experience with business process definition, process mapping, and reengineering
Experience writing epics and user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
Experience with data migrations to and from Salesforce
Experience managing subcontracting firms
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Great teamwork and collaboration skills
PMP or CSM certification preferred
Qualifications

This position is open to candidates virtually from Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Arizona or Eastern, Pacific, Central, and Aleutian time zones.
