About the Role:
The Sales Operations Internship provides an exciting opportunity for an economic and/or finance major to learn more about the lighting industry. This role will be leveraging your analytics skills for core project work within our sales team. We offer flexible scheduling in this 6 month internship.
What You Will Do:
Perform customer data and sales reporting analysis, including commission review.
Validate customer data aligns with the Data Governance Customer Data Policies.
Prepare and review each builder contract against volume incentives, variance analysis and accuracy.
Confirm accuracy of accrual estimates.
Breakout accrual by Builder and then the customers supporting the business.
Complete monthly reporting and analysis against expected GTN Goals Set for 2021.
Prepare a line card for each independent rep agency.
What We Look For In A Candidate:
High School Degree; working towards Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Similar Field
Proven advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to process analysis and understand relational data
Proven track record to multitask and manage competing deadlines
Proven experience with pulling and combining data from multiple sources
Min Range: $15.00 per Hour
Max Range: $26.00 per Hour
