Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Remote

About This Role:

Our Sales Engineer will serve a critical role within our new business team. We're looking for a tech savvy sales engineer to partner with our enterprise sales team to assist with the selling of industry leading social media data sets and solutions. This role will report into the VP of Sales.

What You'll Do:

  • Demonstrate of strong knowledge of data matched with excellent communications skills.

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our company's technical products and be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers.

  • Exemplify excellent sales and customer service skills.

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years relevant sales engineering background. Outstanding communication skills is a must

  • Experience in web analytics software or research products and solution suite strongly preferred

  • Strong understanding of social media and analytics

  • Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Ability to manage and develop ongoing client relationships

  • Self-Motivated, fast learner and team player willing to help others
