The future team member that will love this job will collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. DAT, Deal Estimating Support, and Sales / BDM) during the propose and agree phases of the sales process. In this critical role, you will be part of the America's Global Deal Acceleration Team. Reporting to a sales manager, you will act as a business generator, and manages sales opportunities across the lead to order phase interfacing with key stakeholders from Sales and Services Delivery. 5 Years of Professional Experience
Experience in Professional Services, Services Delivery or Business Operations
Sales Support Experience
CCNA/CCNP or equivalent experience, CCIE
Knowledge of scoping requirements for Cisco's Network & Datacenter Infrastructure
Broad knowledge of Cisco's architectures and Solutions
Technical fluency across architectures of focus
Proficiency with Financial Force and current equivalent tools; scoping, estimating and pricing tools
Understand who and when to bring in the appropriate SMEs for multi arch or complex deals
You have experience using web driven pricing, forecasting and approval process tools
Identify information gaps (customer and project details) to prepare estimate
Be a technical liaison, coordinating with partners to gather technical data and requirements
Document assumptions and finalize scope
Collaborate with Deal Accelerator, Sales / BDM and DAT Estimating Support (IDT, SIA) to produce and refine initial estimate
Facilitate with the appropriate SMEs to scope multi arch or complex deals
Manage scoping for SOW development of deals to be delivered by Partners / Third Parties

Base salary of $60,000
Annual Bonus Potential (target up to $7,000)

Virtual First and Remote Work
Concentrix is a Virtual First company, which means work outside of an office will be the primary experience for most employees for the foreseeable future.
