Relocation Assistance Offered Within Country
This role ensures that the requirements of the Shopper and Retail Environment are incorporated into each product launch/ re-launch within the Pet Channel at the development stage and that all launches go to market with complete and consistent product bundles and sales materials, within the planned timeframe.
Identifies and develops requirements for the Pet retail environment for product launches and national promotions
Leads the input from CDO at Go-to-Market meetings
Participates actively in all Product development teams to ensure:
customer launch deadlines are met
product bundles meet key channel/customer requirements.
Provides CDO with sales estimate guidelines for new products
Collaborates with the Retail Environment Managers on the development of 6P strategy & tactics
Manages the timetable for communication to the field and customers of New Products
Alerts commercial team of any actions required to ensure timelines are met
Develop 6P strategies and tactics for key categories and new products in collaboration with Consumer Marketing to meet the needs of the retail environment
Coordinates the requirements in terms of quantities for all above support materials
Reports on monthly launch KPI’s
Communicate all new product launches to the field
Lead MAP evaluation and communicate violations to commercial teams and customer.
Liaise with Customer Service
Manage MAP communications with the customer
In collaboration with the Category Management team provides recommendations to Consumer marketing on portfolio management.
Ensures timely communication of all New products & discontinued products to NSD’s, (National Sales Directors) Team leaders and REM’s.
5+ years in sales, marketing, or related fields
Experience in Retail Marketing

Has trade knowledge, an understand of trade spending, and is able to extract related trade insight
Experience analyzing promotions for effectiveness

Intermediate level (or greater) Excel, Access, & PowerPoint
Able to manage multiple projects, including deliverables and timelines
