Provider Maintenance Coordinator

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To ensure that our network providers have current credentials and licenses to work legally in their field or specialty. These specialists monitor upcoming renewal dates and work with medical staff to advise them of the required steps to maintain their credentials.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Maintain individual provider records to include up to date credentials.

  • Maintain internal logs to ensure all information is accurate.

  • Ensure credentialing applications are complete and accurate.

  • Credential new providers and re-credential current providers.

  • Prepare credentialed, re-credentialed, and denials logs for monthly credentialing committee for approvals.

  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND LICENSING:

High School Diploma and/or GED.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in

this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is ( $15.88-$22.23 ). A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
