Sunrun Project Operations Representative in Topeka, Kansas

Overview
The Project Operations Representative will be responsible for the overall process of approving Contracts, Plan sets, Installation Proofs, Electrical Signoff, and Permission to Operate notifications. This all-encompassing role will be dedicated to a single project type and will be responsible for multiple projects at a time. The Project Operations Representative will be influential in the contribution to future policy and process development.
Responsibilities
Review contract packages for accuracy and completeness based on policy requirements
Review and compare data points against contract package documents
Organize and upload contract package documents
The possibility of helping to train a team of teams
The possibility of acting as the team lead of a small team of temps
Support Channel Partners and acts as the point of contact for Change Orders and Notice to Proceed
Reviews batches of solar system design plans, checking for accuracy and consistency with related contract design
Develops technical knowledge of solar system design and applies that to thorough plan review, including extensive review on large solar system designs
Ensures the as-built system complies with final contract documentation and internal system records
Grants Notice to Proceed and owns compliance with its requirements
Frequently communicates via email with our Channel partners regarding system design and policy requirements
Processes all requests quickly and accurately in order to comply with department goals and metrics
Contribute to future policy and process development
Assist in ad hoc projects such as audit document collection, rebate backlog cleanup, etc.
There will be some involvement in planning and process improvement
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in solar required
Be flexible and able to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization
Ability and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to rapidly evolving business processes
Experience with Salesforce.com and Google Suite a plus
Ability to work outside of standard business hours including weekends and evening hours to meet the needs of our customers
Effective communication skills across all levels and departments of the organization
Understand the organizational structure and processes and use that understanding to make an appropriate business decision and process movement
Detail oriented with the ability to understand key business concepts at a macro level
Ability and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to rapidly evolving business processes
Basic knowledge of construction preferred
Ability to establish priorities, work independently to proactively resolve problems and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced environment

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$17.10 to $21.37
Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
