Required Skills:

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements

  2. Track and analyze key operational metrics to deeply understand the support ecosystem and help determine how to prioritize optimization efforts

  3. Work with cross-functional partners to improve the community support experience on our existing suite of products

  4. Partner with regional teams to assess the effectiveness of scaled solutions supporting Meta’s global user base

  5. Use problem solving skills to identify and resolve large and complex business problems

  6. Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of Meta’s community support processes, products, and policies

  7. Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted - remote worker benefit

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Development Practice, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 24 months involving the following:

  2. Working in an Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, or Project Management environment

  3. Initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance

  4. Communicating results of technical analyses with non-technical partners and leadership teams to influence the strategy of those teams

  5. Leading process improvement projects across a cross-functional landscape

  6. Conducting business process analysis
